General Rental Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all accommodations offered on the Domaine de Chiterbio & Villas website: sheepfolds of the Domaine de Chiterbio, villas (Résidence Les Hauts de Caldaja), and the unique accommodation “The Lighthouse Room.”
1) Booking and Payment
- Booking deposit: 50% of the total rental amount, to secure the dates.
- Deposit payment method: bank transfer (upon booking).
- Balance: the balance payment is due 1 month prior to the arrival date.
2) Tourist Tax
- The tourist tax is payable upon arrival.
- It is due for all adults over 18 years of age.
- Its amount varies between €1 and €3.30 depending on the rental.
3) Security Deposit
- A security deposit is required upon arrival.
- Terms: deposit in cash or by uncashed French cheque.
- The deposit is returned upon departure, after check-out and verification of the accommodation.
4) Arrival and Departure Times
- Arrival: from 4:30 PM (minimum).
- Departure: by 10:00 AM at the latest (maximum).
5) Late Arrivals and Self Check-in
- In case of late arrival, self-check-in may be considered only after validation with us (depending on the accommodation and reception conditions).
